Overview
We’re looking for someone to help us manage workshop sign ups, email communication to workshop attendees as well as some marketing + social media duties. This role is crucial to ensuring every sign up is accounted for in the right workshop, as well as communicating important information to workshop attendees about events + other things happening.

Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
Managing workshop sign ups for both all workshop locations:
Every time someone signs up for a workshop, an order will be emailed to you automatically. You’ll need to drop that person’s name + email into the corresponding workshop tab on a spreadsheet. If they sign up more than one person for a workshop, reaching out and asking the names + email addresses of the other attendees.
Once the workshop has sold out, you’ll be responsible for going into the event on the website and adding a ‘Waitlist” button in order to capture waitlist email addresses.
Every week, you’ll download a report from the website to ensure the attendees you show for that week’s corresponding workshop match the website report.
Email communication with workshop attendees:
Attendees are sent a reminder email the day before their workshop which includes address of the event + any other details they need to know.
Attendees are sent a follow up email the morning after their workshop with a link to a survey (which you will be responsible for creating), links to social + Google review, as well as any other details or blog posts related to the workshop.
Managing website contact forms
Designing weekly email in Mailchimp that’s sent to subscribers. Content will be provided, but you’ll be responsible for the layout + simple design each week.
Helping to plan monthly social content calendar + uploading images/copy to Later scheduling app.
This position will be around 5-10 hours per week + is perfect for someone looking for a part time side hustle.
