Hey y'all! I'm Katie, founder of Make + Do. I've always loved creating experiences and gathering people together. What started as a planting 101 workshop for my friends in my backyard, took on an entirely new identity. I believe people are looking for an out-of-the-ordinary way to connect with others, and the desire to feel a sense of belonging is something I think we all share.

My hope for anyone who attends a workshop is that they’d leave feeling creative, inspired + joyful. The other part of this business highlights the workshop teachers. Our workshops provide a platform where they can share their passion for their craft and grow their business at the same time.

My mission for Make + Do is to create a sense of belonging through a shared experience, to create extra room at the table for one more. I’m so grateful that God has put this dream in my heart.
